(hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”), the service provider of the Software, is aware of the importance of personal information and privacy to its users (i.e., “you”), and therefore has formulated this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to set forth the rules governing the collection, use, sharing, management and protection of your information when you use the Software and enjoy other Internet Software products and services provided by the Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”). You shall be responsible for ensuring the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the invoice information submitted.

   • In order to contact you easily, help you solve your inquiries, complaints and suggestions as soon as possible or record the solutions and results of relevant problems, the Company will collect the records of communication/call and the relevant contents between you and the Company (including account information, order information, other information provided by you to prove relevant facts or the contact information left by you).

   • [Guarantee Service Security]: In order to ensure the safety and legality of your use of the Services and to more accurately comply with network management laws and regulations, the Company may use your account information, transaction information, order information and other information to prevent the occurrence of various violations of laws and regulations or the infringement of legal rights and interests of other parties.

In order to provide you with more high-quality, satisfactory services and strive to improve your experience, the Company may apply for some permissions from you in the following scenarios, collect and use your information. If you refuse to provide such information or grant the corresponding permissions, you will still be able to obtain the basic services provided by the Company, but you may not be able to obtain the high-quality experience brought by the additional information.

   • [Camera Lens (Camera) and Photo Album (Picture Library) Information]: If you use camera to take photos or upload photos or pictures in photo albums to prompt good comments or post comments through the Services, we will apply for the permission of your camera lens (camera) or photo album (picture library) and collect the picture information you uploaded.

3. Exceptions of Consent/同意的例外情形

   In the following circumstances, the Company shall not need to obtain your authorization or consent to collect or use your personal information:

      依照法律规定在合理的范围内处理个人自行公开或者其他已经合法公开的个人信息；

   6. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

• To deal with disputes or controversies between you and others at your request;

Our Software products or services may include those of third parties , and may also collect and use your personal information. For example, in order to implement instant messaging services, we integrated NetEase Cloud Messenger IM Instant Messaging SDK. NetEase Cloud Trust will serve as the data entrusted processor and collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with the company's instructions and the "NetEase Cloud Trust Privacy Policy" (https://yunxin.163.com/clauses?serviceType=3).

You fully understand and agree that if the Company needs to share your personal information with any affiliate of the Company in order to better provide Services to you, the Company will obtain your authorization and consent. The Company does not and shall not permit any affiliate of the Company to use the information we share with you for any other purposes than those stated in this Policy, and we shall use reasonable technical measures (e.g., encrypted transmission) to protect your information when sharing it with an affiliate. If the Company shares your sensitive personal information or any affiliate of the Company changes the use or processing purpose of your personal information, your authorization and consent will be asked for again.

• The Company has adopted industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information provided by you and prevent the data from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss and other situations. The Company will take all reasonable and practical measures to protect your personal information.

• After the occurrence of an unfortunate personal information security incident, the Company shall, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, inform you of the basic information and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures taken or to be taken, the suggestions on risk prevention and reduction on your own initiatives, etc. We will inform you of the incident by E-mail, letter, telephone or push notice. 2. Right to Copy/复制权

4. Changing the Scope of Your Authorization or Withdrawing Your Authorization/改变您授权同意的范围或撤回您的授权

   • You can check the status of each authorization on the client-side of the Company. When you open any authorization, you mean that you have authorized the Company to collect and use such information for its purposes. Once you close any authorization, you will withdraw the authorization, and the Company will not continue to collect and use such personal information and accordingly shall not achieve the purposes corresponding to the authorization. You may withdraw all authorization to continue to collect your personal information by unsubscribing your account. However, your decision to close an authorization will not affect any previous collection, processing and use of information based on your authorization.

     您可在本公司客户端逐项查看授权权限的状态。当您开启任一权限即表示您已授权本公司收集和使用该项信息来实现对应目的。您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权，本公司将不再继续收集和使用该项个人信息，也无法为您实现该授权所对应目的。您可以通过注销账户的方式，撤回本公司继续收集您个人信息的全部授权。但是，您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息的收集、处理与使用。

   • Please understand that each business function requires certain basic personal information to complete. If you withdraw your consent or authorization, the Company will not be able to continue to provide you with the services for which the consent or authorization has been withdrew, and will no longer process your personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect any previous collection, processing and use of information based on your authorization.

     请您理解，每个业务功能需要一些基本的个人信息才能完成，当您撤回同意或授权后，本公司无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的服务，也不再处理您的个人信息。但您撤回同意或授权的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息的收集、处理与使用。

5. Unsubscribe Account/注销账户

   • You may check the way to unsubscribe your account and the procedures you shall follow by entering “Unsubscribe” in [Contact Us] of the client-side of the Company. After you successfully apply to unsubscribe your account with the Company, the Company will complete a review within [7] business days after your application. After the review, the Company will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with this Policy, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
